Let me Give a Example, i have a Software installed Game Speed Changer and want to edit its Regisrty File, But first i will have to Create a Backup, So I will open Registry Editor, Goto
My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GameSpeedChanger\DllPath
Where i get the Following Result:
Red: Path
Blue: Registry File
Now click once on the File you see at the Right hand side, Then select "File" from the Menu bar of the Registry Editor, then Select "Export" n Choose the location to save your Original Registry file with .reg extension.
To Restore the Original File: Just double click on the .reg file that you Backed Up
